Full Renovation & Energy Upgrade

This project involved the complete transformation of a derelict property in our local town, originally uninhabitable and structurally compromised.

The rear of the property had effectively become an “open plan” space — not by design, but due to significant deterioration and collapse, leaving it exposed and unsafe.

Over a 5-month programme, we carried out a full renovation and upgrade, bringing the property back to life and delivering a high-quality finish tailored to the client’s requirements.

Works included:

• Full strip-out and structural repairs
• Insulation and energy upgrades to achieve BER A rating
• Complete internal fit-out
• New kitchen, bathrooms, and finishes throughout

The end result is a modern, energy-efficient home that is both functional and finished to a high standard — a complete turnaround from its original condition.
