Full Renovation & Energy Upgrade
This project involved the complete transformation of a derelict property in our local town, originally uninhabitable and structurally compromised.
The rear of the property had effectively become an “open plan” space — not by design, but due to significant deterioration and collapse, leaving it exposed and unsafe.
Over a 5-month programme, we carried out a full renovation and upgrade, bringing the property back to life and delivering a high-quality finish tailored to the client’s requirements.
